Girlyme, will not collect, store or sell any personal information you have provided while placing the order. Your information will be safe and confidential. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you want to cancel the order for some reason, you can request a cancellation by contacting us with the details of your order

Cancellation request should come within 3 hours of your order, after the period we wont be able to cancel the order

Once the order is dispatch you will receive a mail and tracking ID will be provided within 2 days. We request you to contact us through the mobile number or email address you used while ordering. Girlyme reserves the right to reject or cancel the order without prior notice due to stock, delivery or custom duty issues.

Refunds:

In case of cancellations, we will send you an email or text on whats app to notify you then your refund will be processed. you can let us know your account details or UPI, you will get your amount within a certain amount of days.

Damaged Goods:

If you receive any defective item or wrong item. Contact us on girlymeoutlet@gmail.com. We will look into it and necessary action will be taken. You will have to submit the images along with your complain.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Fees:

​Delivery Charges are already included in your prices. You will get your order home delivered.

​

Shipping time:

Order Processing time is 3 to 4 Days. And shipping will take 10 to 25 Days, Depending on your delivery address.

Masked Shopping:

In case you want order to be delivered without any content written on it. Contact us before placing the order and request for masked item delivery.

Custom Duty:

As these are imported items, some times duty officers charge duty on item. Though we will try to give your order duty free by managing item weight and name. but sometime you may have to pay extra duty if they scan the package. We will notify you in that case. after your duty payment, your order will be cleared by custom office.

Girlyme is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. Please provide your detail address while placing order. Keep track on your package. You can contact respective courier company with tracking number.
